You may want to adjust the ratio of basil to microgreens to suit your own taste. I have found one third basil to two thirds greens to be the right mix for me.
- 1/2 cup each of basil, microgreens and pea shoots
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- grated parmesan cheese to taste
Throw all ingredients but the cheese into a blender or food processor until mixed – a coarser texture is better than a smooth paste, so it won’t take long.
Add to cooked pasta and grate parmesan cheese on top.
